(L-R): Dr Michael O'Sullivan, SJ, Dr Bernadette Flanagan, PBVM, and Rev Dr Arthur Holder, Professor of Spirituality and Academic Dean at Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, California, in the office of Prof Holder where the three met during the meeting of the American Academy of Religion in San Francisco on 17th November 2011.  All three have served on the Governing Board of the international Society for the Study of Christian Spirituality and are now involved in other leadership roles in that Society.
