NFQ Level 9/10 Click on image to view programme brochure The research encouraged by All Hallows College is inter-disciplinary and has its basis in the Christian tradition and in pastoral experience. It is designed to provide maximum support for the integration of theory and practice. Candidates from backgrounds such as philosophy, theology, psychology, sociology, anthropology, literature, arts and cultural studies, education and related disciplines will be welcome. The ethos of the Research programme is to provide those working in, or who hope to work in Christian service an opportunity to question, reflect about, build on and practice the art of research. Whether the research concerns an idea, a principle, an experience or project its purpose will be to increase knowledge and to benefit those working in the pastoral field. It is especially concerned that a systematic analysis of the changes in society and the consequences of these changes be undertaken.The Postgraduate Co-ordinating Board has overall responsibility in all matters related to postgraduate research degrees.
