Shekinah - Training Course in Youth Retreat Facilitation

This is a training course on facilitation skills for those giving Youth Shekinah_coverRetreats which takes place over 10 Saturdays between October -April each year.
Now in its seventh year, it aims to to provide adults with a professional course of training in youth retreat facilitation skills, through an interplay of theory and practice.

Shekinah
Shekinah is the English spelling of the Hebrew language word that means either:
the glory and radiance of God
or
God resting in His house
or
tabernacle amongst His people

Led by Jennifer Perkins fma and a team of trainers, the course leads participants through a series of experiential workshops while inviting them to deepen their own spirituality and commitment to ministry in the Church.

Jennifer is a Salesian Sister. She has an MA in Education and Diplomas in Pastoral Ministry, Youth Ministry, Liturgy, Catechetics and Social Science. She is a secondary school teacher of considerable experience, a trained spiritual director and has worked as Development Officer in Limerick Youth Centre. She is a trained supervisor with the William Glasser Institute.

Course Cost:
€750 (€400 for current students of All Hallows College).
Fees may be paid in two instalments.
Deposit of €100 required with completed application form. Please make cheques payable to All Hallows College.
