The Chaplaincy team itself is made up of clerical, religious and lay members who seek to encourage each student to reach his or her full potential. Students are also encouraged to develop their talents in groups and committees such as the Student Union and Justice and Peace groups and in membership of the Course Boards. The team also seeks to support the faith life of all its students by providing periodic retreats, faith-sharing groups and Lectio Divina, Taize-Prayer groups, morning and evening prayer and Preparing the Sunday Readings. Creative experiences include Tai Chi, Liturgical Movement, Mime and Drama. In addition, social ventures such as table quizzes, sports, hill climbing and football offer the student an opportunity to relax with others. |

The College Chaplaincy team provides ongoing pastoral care and support for students and offers friendship and hospitality to all. The team aims to be sensitive to the needs and stresses of the academic and social life of the college student and is always available in times of need on a one-to-one basis.
